Chai Chee Green

Bounded by Bedok North Road and Chai Chee Lane, Chai Chee Green is located in Bedok town and sits on the Eastern Dragon. It is part of the favourable fengshui land formation known as “Golden Coins Falling to the Ground”, shaped by Bedok Reservoir – the symbolic source of wealth. This means that residents in Bedok are blessed with opportunities of windfall.
However, this formation is also accompanied with two tricky stars – namely the Tao Hua Romance and White Tiger stars – which underlie potential wealth loss. As such, one is advised to go by the book and stay down-to-earth.
Sin Ming Residences

Located along Sin Ming Road, Sin Ming Residences is in the precinct of Bishan, which sits on the Southern Dragon (aka Wealth Dragon). From a fengshui perspective, Bishan is believed to be a “Monkey Land”. Here, there are two types of monkeys with distinct personalities, each to be found at MacRitchie Reservoir and Peirce Reservoir respectively. The two white monkeys at MacRitchie Reservoir may be fun-loving but they are capable of protecting the reservoir. This indicates good potential for commercial and technology developments.
At Peirce Reservoir, there are five monkeys that can each be distinguished by the Five Elements (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth). Their influence is similar to that of the “Five Ghosts Transporting Treasures” formation in Ang Mo Kio. As most of the residential units in Bishan face the auspicious Northeast, residents shall benefit in the aspect of career and academics, comparable to residents of Serangoon Gardens.
Petir Park Edges

Located at Petir Road and beside Petir Park, Petir Park Edge is within the precinct of Bukit Panjang and sits on the Central Dragon, aka the Affluence Dragon. Here, the presence of a well-skilled general gives rise to the fengshui land formation of “General’s Desk”. The area near the hill is designated as the desk while the hill represents the general’s flag. Further down near Bukit Panjang Road stands blocks of flats that strategically formed a fort.
Interestingly, the orientations of the flats here are of the Earth element (e.g. Southeast, Northeast). With this and the influence of the righteous general, most residents are honest and down-to-earth. Nevertheless, it is advisable to take note of one’s temper and avoid being too stubborn. Also, pay attention to gastrointestinal and cervical illnesses.
Jurong Arcadia

Bounded by Jurong West Street 42 and the Jurong River, Jurong Arcadia sits on the Western Dragon and belongs to the fengshui formation of “Land of the Flower Basket”.
There are also a pair of “Golden Boy and Jade Girl” located respectively at Jurong East and Jurong West. Hence, long-time residents in Jurong tend to possess good looks and great talents. They would also be equipped with capabilities and growing wealth.
As Jurong, especially Jurong East, favours innovative and creative industries, those who are working in creative-related businesses and educational institutions will do well here. Families and singles looking to strive in their career, especially females, can also consider this area.

It is part of the fengshui land formation known as “Land of Buffaloes”, housing two buffaloes that have fled from Tiong Bahru due to the nearby formation “Combination of Four Animals”. One is located at Telok Blangah Hill Park and the other at Bukit Merah Central.
Buffaloes are known for their diligence and this quality is reflected in the residents staying in these areas. In the face of pressure, they would perform better and display strong determination.
