The BTO estate’s 7-storey Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP) can also act as a buffer to reduce disturbances from Woodlands Bus Interchange. Certain stacks such as 328, 348, 350, 352, and 354 face the MSCP directly though. Those located on the lower storey of affected stacks may want to consider installing a window blind. Otherwise, you and your household members are likely to encounter Sound Sha [声煞] and Light Sha [光煞], which could cause disturbances to daily life such as insomnia.
Based on Urban Rise @ Woodlands’s site plan, there are several sites reserved for future high-rise white site development and high-rise industrial development. It is also surrounded by existing public housing and an upcoming BTO housing project. This indicates potential conflict points, as well as pollution and negative energies (Sha Qi) during the construction period. Homeowners who are staying at the outer stacks along Woodlands Ave 5, North Woodlands Drive and Woodlands Square should pay caution.
