What is the difference between Virtual and Hybrid Tickets?
The Virtual Ticket grants you access to the English Session on Zoom. With the Physical Ticket, you will have access to both the physical and virtual sessions.
What is the difference between Virtual and Virtual Plus or Physical and Physical Plus Tickets?
Physical and Virtual Tickets come with a sample floor plan; thus, you have to print out your own floor plan and measure your home direction to accurately plot your yearly fengshui. For ease of mind, you can opt for Physical Plus or Virtual Plus Tickets, where your yearly fengshui report is prepared by our consultants using your house floor plan. Physical Plus ticket holders also enjoy a 10-minute quick consultation on their floor plan (only one).
Where will we be watching the virtual session from?
The workshop will be hosted on a live-streaming platform directly from Zoom for more secure access. A unique Zoom link will be sent to your registered email account 24 hours before the virtual workshop.
If I missed the Workshop, are there recordings available for viewing?
For Free Tickets, you can view the Zoom session live. For Paid Virtual, Virtual Plus, Physical, and Physical Plus Tickets, recordings of the virtual session (in English) will be uploaded 7 days after the Zoom session.

When will I receive my workshop materials?
For Paid Virtual or Virtual Plus ticket holders, we will WhatsApp you to arrange for your collection of Workshop Material Pack by 25 Dec 2025. For Physical or Physical Plus ticket holders, you can collect your goodie bag on event day at the registration counter.
When will the early bird ticket price be valid until?
To get your workshop materials in time for the virtual workshop, the early bird ticket price is valid for a limited number of tickets only. To enjoy great savings, grab your tickets early before they are sold out!
Is there a discount if I purchase more than one ticket?
a) A bundle of 2 tickets is available, which includes 1 x Physical Plus ticket and 1 x Physical ticket.
