Located at Bukit Panjang, Petir Park Edge is one of the eight Build-To-Order (BTO) housing projects that was launched in the latest HDB’s December 2023 BTO exercise. Its name references its location by the park and the tranquil surroundings – a promising factor in fengshui.

Located at Petir Road and beside Petir Park, Petir Park Edge is within the precinct of Bukit Panjang and sits on the Central Dragon, aka the Affluence Dragon. From a practical viewpoint, facing the end of a T-junction means more traffic, which means light pollution (from headlights of oncoming cars at night) and Sound Sha from the traffic. While multi-storey car parks (MSCP) usually indicate potential fengshui conflicting forces (煞气) such as noise pollution (噪音) and headlight flashes from moving cars, the 5-storey MSCP at Petir Park Edge is thoughtfully spaced out from the residential blocks where disturbances are likely to be minimal.
