With 9,655 units up for balloting, the November 2022 HDB BTO sales launch is offering double the number of units offered during the Aug 2022 BTO, with three new projects under the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model.
In this series of articles, we will take in-depth fengshui reviews on the upcoming BTO estates to assess their fengshui qualities and see if these estates really have good fengshui. Read on!
Garden Waterfront I & II @ Tengah

Located along Tengah Garden Avenue, Garden Waterfront I & II @ Tengah is in the Garden District of Tengah town and right next to the Promenade Park lining the Tengah Pond. The developments sit on the Western Dragon and fall under the fengshui formation of “Land of the Flower Basket” in the Jurong district.
Garden Waterfront I & II @ Tengah comprise 18 residential blocks, ranging from 9 to 16 storeys in height. Queensway Canopy

Queensway Canopy offers 5 residential blocks with staggered heights, from 6 to 40 storeys, orientated to maximise the views from their units. There are 996 units in total with a choice of Community Care Apartments, 3-, and 4-room flats. Several BTO units at Queensway Canopyare North/Northwest-facing and South/Southeast-facing. Most of these units at Miltonia Breeze @ Yishun face the most auspicious directions, North and South, in the upcoming Period 9 and Period 1 (2024 – 2063), as well as Northwest and Southeast, which are also considered auspicious.

Similar to the other two neighbouring BTO projects mentioned above, most units at Vanda Breeze @ Yishun face the most auspicious directions, North and South, in the upcoming Period 9 and Period 1 (2024 – 2063), as well as Northwest and Southeast, which are also considered auspicious.
