With 6,695 Build-to-Order (BTO) flats launched for sale on 30 May, the May 2023 HDB BTO consist of developments spread across five projects in the housing estates of Bedok, Kallang/Whampoa, Serangoon and Tengah.
In this series of articles, we will take in-depth fengshui reviews on the upcoming BTO estates to assess their fengshui qualities and see if these estates really have good fengshui. Read on!
Bedok South Blossoms

Bedok South Blossoms sits on the Eastern Dragon amidst the favourable fengshui formation of Bedok’s “Golden Coins Falling to the Ground”, shaped by Bedok Reservoir – the symbolic source of wealth. This means that residents in Bedok are blessed with opportunities of windfall.
Bedok South Blossoms offers 9 residential blocks of 1,640 units in total, ranging from 19 to 22 storeys. Based on fengshui analysis, North and South are the most auspicious directions in the upcoming Period 9 and Period 1 (years 2024 – 2063), and Northwest and Southeast are the second most auspicious directions. Farrer Park Arena offers 3 residential blocks of 569 units in total, each at 24 storeys in height. Potential homeowners can choose from 3- and 4-room flats.
Parc Meadow @ Tengah

Located in Tengah’s Park district, Parc Meadow @ Tengah is bounded by Tengah Park Avenue and Tengah Park Walk. This BTO estate will reside on the Western Dragon, belonging to the fengshui formation of “Land of the Flower Basket”. It is believed that long-time residents in this area possess good looks and great talents. They are also often equipped with capabilities and growing wealth.
Parc Meadow @ Tengah in Tengah offers 7 residential blocks of 1,985 units in total, which range from 12 to 13 storeys in height. Some units fall between the border of North/Northeast or South/Southwest. Although Northeast and Southwest are auspicious directions in the current fengshui Period 8, the positive energies will start to fade as Period 9 comes into place in the year 2024.
Plantation Verge

Located in Tengah’s Plantation district, Plantation Verge will be built along Plantation Close. The BTO estate is expected to reside on the Western Dragon, and belongs to the fengshui formation of “Land of the Flower Basket” under the Jurong precinct. It is believed that long-time residents in Jurong tend to possess good looks and great talents too. They are often equipped with capabilities and growing wealth.
Plantation Verge in Tengah offers 7 residential blocks of 971 units in total, which range from 14 to 18 storeys in height. Several stacks face Northwest and Southeast, and a few rare units facing North and South. Aspiring homeowners should note that there is no fixed lucky direction that caters to everyone, but do be careful when selecting a unit.
Serangoon North Vista

Bounded by Serangoon North Avenue 1 and Yio Chu Kang Road, Serangoon North Vista sits on the Eastern Dragon with the fengshui formation of “Lone Phoenix Heading for the Sun”.
Aspiring homeowners who are eyeing to get a BTO unit at Serangoon North Vista will be happy to know that there are quite a number of units that face North and South. However, the majority of stacks are orientated at the borderline of North/Northeast or South/Southwest, so do be careful when selecting a unit.
