With 4,428 Build-to-Order (BTO) flats launched for sale, on Tuesday (Feb 28), the February 2023 HDB BTO consist of developments spread across five projects in the housing estates of Kallang/Whampoa, Queenstown, Jurong West and Tengah.

In this series of articles, we will take in-depth fengshui reviews on the upcoming BTO estates to assess their fengshui qualities and see if these estates really have good fengshui. Read on!

 

Brickland Weave

Located in the Brickland District of Tengah town, Brickland Weave is bounded by Brickland Road and Tengah Boulevard. Based on our fengshui review, this upcoming BTO development falls in the precinct of Choa Chu Kang that happens to reside on the Central Dragon.

Brickland Weave offers 12 residential blocks of 1,641 units, ranging from 11 to 17 storeys tall. While most of the units at Brickland Weave face the above mentioned favourable directions, the exact orientation actually falls on the border of two directions; i.e. North/Northeast or South/Southwest.

Farrer Park Fields

Bounded by Race Course Road, Hampshire Road, and Farrer Park Road, Farrer Park Fields falls in the precinct of Tekka, which sits on the Southern Dragon and has the fengshui land formation of the “Divine Pig in Spring Slumber”. Identified to be Singapore’s only ‘Land of Pig’, this is an ideal place for settling down and starting businesses.

Farrer Park Fields comprises 7 residential blocks, each with 24 storeys. Based on fengshui analysis, North and South are the most auspicious directions in the upcoming Period 9 and Period 1 (years 2024 – 2063), and Northwest and Southeast are the second most auspicious directions.The good news is, most of the BTO units at Farrer Park Fields face the above mentioned favourable directions.

Jurong West Crystal

Located along Jurong West Street 93, Jurong West Crystal sits on the Western Dragon in the precinct of Boon Lay and NTU. This area reflects the fengshui land formations of “Mudskipper Crossing the River” and “Roc Spreading its Wings”. Topographically, it is a valley land that was once a swamp, thereby affirming a water source.

Jurong West Crystal comprises 271 units of 3- and 4-room flats across two residential blocks of 18 storeys. The good news is, most of the BTO units at Jurong West Crystal face the most favourable directions.

Rajah Summit

Bounded by Jalan Rajah in the Kallang/Whampoa mature town, Rajah Summit sits on the Southern Dragon, and belongs to the fengshui formation of the “Land of the Lotus Flower”, which is conducive for self-cultivation.

Rajah Summit offers two residential blocks of 510 units in total, ranging from 28 to 40 storeys. Potential homeowners can choose between 3- and 4-room flats. In case you are wondering, the name ‘Rajah Summit’ references the tall 40-storey blocks, which are the tallest in the area.

Ulu Pandan Glades

Located near Dover MRT station and bounded by Ghim Moh Link and Commonwealth Avenue West, Ulu Pandan Glades is part of the Health District @ Queenstown. From a fengshui viewpoint, this new BTO development sits on the Western Dragon and belongs to the unique fengshui formation of “Combination of Four Animals”, which spans across Holland Road, Kent Ridge, South Buona Vista Road and Haw Par Villa.

Ulu Pandan Glades comprises two residential blocks of 732 units in total. Most of the BTO units at Ulu Pandan Glades face the most favourable directions. Aspiring homeowners planning to get a BTO unit here are advised to select a unit wisely.
