On the other hand, some stacks in this BTO estate will face the Pan-island expressway (PIE). There may be concerns with regards to noise and light pollution. Within the estate, there’s also a 7-storey multi-storey car park (MSCP), which is conveniently accessible via link bridges to each block and the surrounding estates. Note that lower floor units of stacks that are located near or directly face the MSCP may be subject to Sound Sha [声煞] and Light Sha [光煞]. This could cause disturbances to daily life such as insomnia. Therefore, those who choose a lower storey unit that faces the car park (i.e. Stack 144, 148, 154, 156) are advised to install a window blind.
It is important to take note of sharp edges pointed towards your potential home, as these are conflict points that are not ideal for homeowners. In such cases, it is recommended to consider another unit or seek advice from a professional fengshui practitioner.
