Do take note that stacks along Alexandra Road face high-rise condominiums and the ASPN Tanglin School. This means greater noises and heavier traffic during peak hours. These new Prime flats are offered in addition to the neighbouring Blocks 139 to 141(Dec 2023 BTO launch) within the same estate.

Based on fengshui analysis, North and South are the most auspicious directions in the Period 9 and 1 (years 2024 – 2063), and Northwest and Southeast are the second most auspicious directions. It is recommended to choose a unit that faces either of these directions or lies at the border of these directions to tap on the positive energies.
