Landform Fengshui: Sembawang Beacon in Sembawang North

In Singapore, the Five Dragon Landform Fengshui harnesses “hidden dragons”, which are man-made structures that channel energy flows. Potential homebuyers looking for lower floor units should also take note that the Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP) at Sembawang Beacon is 7-storey tall. While not all units face the carpark directly, some stacks are pretty near. Those planning to choose stacks 125, 127, 165, 167, and 181 should stay mindful, as lower floor units of these stacks may encounter conflicting forces (煞气) such as noise pollution (噪音) and headlight flashes from moving cars.

Sitting next to Endeavour Primary School, Sembawang Beacon is suitable for families with school-age children. However, residents should be prepared for greater noises and heavier traffic during peak hours. For those who prefer greater privacy and peace, do note that stacks 169, 171, and 173 are the nearest to the school.

It is recommended to choose a unit that faces either of these directions or lies at the border of these directions to tap on the positive energies.
