In fact, Clementi Emerald sits next to Clementi Primary School and Clementi Town Secondary School. Stacks 110, 112, 122 face the schools, so if you’re choosing one of these stacks, you can expect greater noises and heavier traffic during peak hours, especially with its proximity to Clementi Avenue 6, which is known for heavy traffic.

On the other side of Clementi Emerald sits the redeveloped Clementi Polyclinic, which may cause some residents to feel uneasy, as these establishments are considered to be Yin in nature. In time to come, it is possible that the unease may result in physical and mental fatigue.

Aspiring homeowners should consider this before choosing a unit. Stack 104 faces the polyclinic directly while stacks 132, 134, and 136 are nearest to the health institution. F.Y.I. It helps if your unit is on a higher floor. Also, polyclinics (unlike hospitals) don’t operate around the clock and noises would be kept within operating hours in the day.

Lower floor units (stack 116, 118, 124, 128, 130, 138) that are near or directly face the multi-storey car park (MSCP) are susceptible to Sound Sha [声煞] and Light Sha [光煞]. This could cause disturbances to daily life such as insomnia. The MSCP at Clementi Emerald is 7 storey tall. If you’re choosing lower floor units at any of the mentioned stacks, you may need to consider sound insulation upon key collection.

At the same time, do keep a lookout for nearby trees and plants. While plants symbolise vitality and growth, it can also introduce unwanted pests into our homes if they are too close to entrances. Internal fengshui considerations

Clementi Emerald comprises four residential blocks offering 753 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-room, and 4-room flats, ranging from 34 to 40 storeys.

Based on fengshui analysis, North and South are the most auspicious directions in the Period 9 and 1 (years 2024 – 2063), and Northwest and Southeast are the second most auspicious directions. It is recommended to choose a unit that faces either of these directions or lies at the border of these directions to tap on the positive energies.
