With 4,993 units launched across seven housing estates, the Aug 2022 BTO launch is offering slightly more units as compared to the May 2022 BTO launch, with at least 95% of 4-room and larger flats and 85% of 3-room flasts in non-mature estates to be set aside for first-time family applicants.

In this series of articles, we will take in-depth fengshui reviews on the upcoming BTO estates to assess their fengshui qualities and see if these estates really have good fengshui. Read on!

 

Alexandra Vale

Located along Alexandra View, Alexandra Vale lies in the precinct of Tiong Bahru, which sits on the Western Dragon. It belongs to the fengshui land formation of “Buffalo Sleeping Ground”, which is the most propitious piece of buffalo land in Singapore. 

Alexandra Vale offers two residential blocks of 782 units in total, with 182 3-room and 600 4-room units, ranging from 41 to 50 storeys.  Based on fengshui analysis, North and South are the most auspicious directions in the upcoming Periods 9 and 1 (years 2024 – 2063), and Northwest and Southeast are the second most auspicious directions. In addition to North- and South-facing units at Alexandra Vale, there are also Northwest-facing units that can be considered.

Central Weave @ AMK

Located in Ang Mo Kio, Central Weave @ AMK is bounded by Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8, Ang Mo Kio Central 2, and Ang Mo Kio Central 3. It is situated at the centre of the Southern Dragon, and lies in the fengshui land formation known as “Five Ghosts Transporting Treasures”.

Central Weave @ AMK offers five residential blocks of 896 units in total, ranging from 21 to 32 storeys. The good news is many units at Central Weave @ AMK are North/Northwest-facing and South/Southeast-facing. Based on fengshui analysis, North and South are the most auspicious directions in the upcoming Periods 9 and 1 (years 2024 – 2063), and Northwest and Southeast are the second most auspicious directions.

Havelock Hillside

Located along Havelock Road, Havelock Hillside is in the precinct of Pearl’s Hill. It resides on the Western Dragon and belongs to a magnificent fengshui land formation known as “Flying Dragons Disgorging Pearls”.

Based on Singapore’s fengshui, there are three pearls, each scattered at South Canal Road, Duxton Hill and Banda Street. The area surrounding the pearl will stand to benefit from its positive energies and enjoy prosperity. 

Havelock Hillside offers two residential blocks of 869 units in total, with 171 three-room and 698 four-room units that are 42- and 45-storey tall. Most of the units at Havelock Hillside are North/Northwest-facing and South/Southeast-facing. Aspiring homeowners planning to get a BTO unit here are advised to select a unit wisely.

Jurong East Breeze

Located along the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) and Jurong East Central, Jurong East Breeze sits on the Western Dragon and belongs to the fengshui formation of “Land of the Flower Basket”. There are also a pair of “Golden Boy and Jade Girl” located respectively at Jurong East and Jurong West.

Jurong East Breeze offers two residential blocks of 562 units in total, with 223 2-Room Flexi, 87 3-room and 252 4-room units, ranging from 22 to 38 storeys. Although there are limited north- and south-facing units here, you can always seek advice from a professional fengshui practitioner to help you create a harmonious environment in your new home.

Keat Hong Grange

Bounded by Choa Chua Kang Avenue 7, Choa Chu Kang Grove, and Keat Hong Link, Keat Hong Grange lies in the precinct of Choa Chu Kang, where the Central Dragon and Western Dragon converge. This is an auspicious land with the feng shui formation called “Homes of the Flying Swallows”.

Keat Hong Grange offers five residential blocks of 987 units in total, with 194 two-room Flexi, 96 three-room, 374 four-room and 323 five-room units that range from 19 to 23 storeys in height. Most of the units at Havelock Hillside are North/Northwest-facing and South/Southeast-facing. Aspiring homeowners planning to get a BTO unit here are advised to select a unit wisely.

Sun Plaza Spring offers three residential blocks of 267 units in total, with 150 four-room and 117 five-room units that are 11 storeys in height. The good news is most of the units at Sun Plaza Spring are either north- or south-facing. Bounded by Woodlands Avenue 1 and Woodlands Drive 17, Woodlands South Plains sits on the den of the Central Dragon, and belongs to the fengshui land formation of “Golden Coin-storing Bowl”. This indicates favorability for wealth and health.

Woodlands South Plains offers six residential blocks of 630 units in total, with 275 two-room Flexi, 87 three-room and 268 four-room units, each 12 storeys tall. Based on fengshui analysis, North and South are the most auspicious directions in the upcoming Periods 9 and 1 (years 2024 – 2063), and Northwest and Southeast are the second most auspicious directions. The good news is most of the units at Woodlands South Plains face the above mentioned favourable directions.
