Located at Sims Avenue, Parc Esta condo resides on the Eastern Dragon within the vicinity of Paya Lebar, which was a large swampy area in the past. Parc Esta falls in the fengshui land formation of “Twin Goats Standing Guard”. One goat is found at Tai Seng while the other is at Kaki Bukit. In the face of a national crisis, the goats serve the purpose of protecting the country and ensuring the people’s safety.
In times of peace, they will strive to boost industrial development. In between the two goats lie Kampong Ubi (refers to tapioca in Malay) and conflicts may arise occasionally. However, the goats being known for their kind nature will inflict no harm in these conflicts.
This area is suitable for industries like hardware, mechanical, food manufacturing and freight transport. It also holds great potential for high-technology industries, research and product development. Those who are seeking careers in these industries can consider staying here.
Internal fengshui considerations
When it comes to choosing an ideal unit, the main orientation of a house will directly influence the overall luck of its residents. The house orientation refers to the facing of your house, which can be measured from the main entrance where qi flows in.
Parc Esta comprises 1,399 residential units over 9 blocks of 18 storeys, together with 5 commercial shop units. Based on their site plan, most of the units face North or South, which are the most auspicious directions in Period 9 and Period 1 (2024 – 2063).
However, you should note that the North/South direction is not very auspicious in the year 2022. Exterior fengshui considerations
As one’s external environment accounts for more than interior considerations, it is important to consider features of the surrounding space when selecting a new home.
Parc Esta condo is located conveniently to the MRT station, bus interchange and various facilities in a mature estate. However, this also means that it is crowded with greater noise activities. As it is positioned between two major roads, namely Sims Avenue and Changi Road, those who value peace and quiet should consider the inner stacks,
To the east of the soon-to-TOP development is a mosque, and Blk 904 is just next to it. As there will be prayers throughout the day, those who are more noise-sensitive may want to opt for another block.
Also, Stack 19 and 27 within the block is located nearest to the Bin Centre. It is best to ensure that your front door (especially those on the lower floor units) does not face the Bin Centre directly, otherwise your house will be amongst the first to be affected by rubbish stench once the wind starts blowing.
Those eyeing a unit in Block 912, especially Stack 55 or 56, are opposite an existing HDB Block 846 that is 19 storeys in height. Homeowners should be mindful of potential conflicts such as Tian Zhan Sha (天斩煞, home’s frontage facing an opening between two or more building structures that funnel negative energies), and corner Sha (角煞) where sharp corners present hidden threats. If in doubt, consider seeking advice from a professional fengshui practitioner.
