Bukit Merah Ridge

Bukit Merah Ridge, bounded by Bukit Merah View, Henderson Road, Tiong Bahru Road, and Lower Delta Road, is located in the precinct of Bukit Merah & Telok Blangah. This BTO estate under the PLH model sits on the Western Dragon and falls in the fengshui land formation of the “Land of Buffaloes”.
Bukit Merah Ridge comprises 5 residential blocks ranging from 29 to 48 storeys in height, and will have a total of 1,669 units of 3- and 4-room flats. Aspiring homeowners who are eyeing to get a BTO unit here will be happy to know that approximately half of the units face North/South, the most auspicious directions in the upcoming Periods 9 and 1 (years 2024 – 2063).
Ghim Moh Ascent

Bounded by Ghim Moh Road, Ghim Moh Close, and the Rail Corridor, Ghim Moh Ascent is located near Buona Vista MRT station. This BTO estate under the PLH model sits on the Western Dragon and belongs to the unique fengshui formation of “Combination of Four Animals”, which spans across Holland Road, Kent Ridge, South Buona Vista Road and Haw Par Villa.
Ghim Moh Ascent comprises four residential blocks of 867 units in total, with 196 three-room and 671 four-room units ranging from 8 to 31 storeys. Although the majority of BTO units here are not North/South facing, potential homeowners can consider North/Northwest or South/Southeast facing stacks, which are still relatively auspicious.
Kim Keat Heights

Located in the Toa Payoh and Kim Keat district, Kim Keat Heights will be bounded by Lorong 6 and Lorong 7 Toa Payoh. This BTO estate sits on the Southern Dragon, and belongs to the fengshui formation of the “Land of the Lotus Flower”, which is conducive for self-cultivation.
Kim Keat Heights offers two residential blocks of 385 units in total, with 120 two-room flexi, 100 three-room and 165 four-room units ranging from 27 to 36 storeys. Aspiring homeowners who are eyeing to get a BTO unit here will be happy to know that the majority of units face North/South, the most auspicious directions in the upcoming Periods 9 and 1 (years 2024 – 2063).
Lakeside View

Located next to Jurong Lake and Jurong Lake Gardens, and bounded by Kang Ching Road and Yuan Ching Road, Lakeside View BTO project sits on the Western Dragon and belongs to the fengshui formation of “Land of the Flower Basket”. There are also a pair of “Golden Boy and Jade Girl” located respectively at Jurong East and Jurong West.
Lakeside View comprises seven residential blocks of 1,016 units in total, with 455 two-room flexi units, 101 three-room units, 246 four-room units and 214 five-room flats ranging from 11 to 18 storeys. Aspiring homeowners who have their sights set on this estate will be happy to know that there are some North/South facing stacks.
Yishun Beacon

Bounded by Yishun Central 1 and Yishun Avenue 2, Yishun Beacon lies on the Southern Dragon of Singapore at the fengshui formation of the “Land of Collapsed Plum Blossom”. The flower and stem of the plum blossom, along with the Lower Seletar Reservoir as the backdrop, portray an auspicious feng shui setting, which has benefited many well-known businessmen.
Yishun Beacon comprises five residential blocks of 646 units in total, with 273 two-room flexi units, 207 four-room units and 166 five-room flats that are 14 storeys in height. Aspiring homeowners who have their sights set on this estate will be happy to know that most stacks in this BTO estate are North/South facing.
