T-junction roads are potential landform obstructions that could bring Sha Qi, but one will not be affected if your home is located on a higher floor. Those choosing Stack 253 at Block 341C should take note.
Lower floor units of stacks that are located near or directly facing the drop-off porch and multi-storey car park (MSCP) may be subject to Sound Sha [声煞] and Light Sha [光煞]. This could cause disturbances to daily life such as insomnia. Hence, those who choose a lower storey unit that faces the car park (i.e. Stacks 267, 269, 277, 293 and 295) are advised to install a window blind.

Before you start worrying, here’s the good news: while it is not recommended for homes in countries with four distinct seasons, having bigger windows in our tropical climate means better indoor ventilation, which is favourable!
However, it is best to avoid having the big window facing the main door directly. If they are directly aligned, the ability to accumulate wealth luck will be diminished as energy flows in and out easily.
