Located along Lorong Chencharu in Yishun, Chencharu Hills lies on the Southern Dragon of Singapore at the fengshui formation of the “Land of Collapsed Plum Blossom”. The flower and stem of the plum blossom, along with the Lower Seletar Reservoir as the backdrop, portrays an auspicious feng shui setting, which has benefited many well-known businessmen.
Residents in Yishun have high earning power and know how to enjoy their lives too. This northern district exudes a sense of tranquillity, which makes it a suitable location for self-cultivation.
Holland Vista (Queenstown)

Nestled between Holland Village Way and Holland Drive, Holland Vista – situated within the Health District @ Queenstown – sits on the Western Dragon and belongs to the unique fengshui formation of “Combination of Four Animals”, which spans across Holland Road, Kent Ridge, South Buona Vista Road and Haw Par Villa.
Holland Vista falls on the landform of Holland Road, which exhibits traits of an eagle, soaring with its spread wings and creating the “Flying Eagle Diving for Food” formation. Occupants who live in this area are likely to receive aid from many foreign friends when they are in need. This area is also advantageous for those who work in the political or military field.
Marsiling Peak I & II

Nestled between Marsiling Lane and Admiralty Road, Marsiling Peak I and II sits on the den of the Central Dragon, and belongs to the fengshui land formation of “Golden Coin-storing Bowl”. This indicates favorability for wealth and health.
Built at the centre of several undulating hillocks, Woodlands Central resembles a gold-coin storing bowl, implying a capacity to accumulate wealth. It references the “Iron Rice Bowl” in Mandarin and denotes that residents in this area shall be able to hold a stable and secure job.
With its strategic location, Woodlands is an auspicious district that can absorb and retain qi, making it an ideal place for resting and recuperation. This is especially so for North-facing residential units sitting in the South.
Tampines GreenTopaz

Located in the mature estate of Tampines, Tampines GreenTopaz is a new housing project launched in HDB’s June 2024 Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise with a relatively shorter waiting time of 3 years and 1 month. In addition to its proximity to Tampines Park Connector, which leads to Bedok Reservoir Park, the development will have eateries, a supermarket, a preschool and shops – spelling great convenience. Could this be your ideal fengshui home?
Let’s take an in-depth fengshui review on Tampines GreenTopaz to assess its fengshui qualities and see what it has to offer beyond its convenient environment, eco-friendly features and accessibility to various facilities and amenities. Read on!
Tanjong Rhu Riverfront I & II

Overlooking the scenic Geylang River, Tanjong Rhu Riverfront I & II are bounded by Tanjong Rhu Road, Kampong Arang Road, and Sampan Place. This new BTO estate sits on the Southern Dragon, aka the Wealth Dragon, in the precinct of Kallang/Whampoa.
Tanjong Rhu Riverfront I & II is part of the fengshui land formation known as ‘Five Snakes Battling a White Crocodile” with Kallang River complementing four other waterways. The four other waterways are namely Rochor River, Whampoa River, Geylang River and Pelton Canal. With abundant water sources in the area, does that indicate greater wealth opportunities for residents?
Teban Breeze

Source: HDB
Bordered by Jurong Town Hall Road and Teban Gardens Road, Teban Breeze is conveniently located near Jurong East and Clementi. This upcoming BTO resides on the Western Dragon amidst the fengshui formation of “Two Imps Stealing Gold”. Here, it is natural for residents to be blessed with good fortune and high chances of receiving windfalls.
However, the imps that bring the gold also have the tendency of taking it away. Hence, those who reside here are likely to experience wealth fluctuations. You need to guard your wealth well, otherwise all will be lost. To accumulate wealth, work hard instead of having unrealistic desires for windfalls.
On a more positive note, small business owners will still be able to accumulate modest wealth. With the help of home fengshui, wealth and windfall luck can be further enhanced. As this district is nearer to the sea, the humidity level is higher and could easily induce rheumatism and colds. Proper ventilation is necessary in the home, otherwise one may be rich but suffer from poor health.
