Nestled between Marsiling Lane and Admiralty Road, Marsiling Peak I and II sits on the den of the Central Dragon, and belongs to the fengshui land formation of “Golden Coin-storing Bowl”. This indicates favorability for wealth and health.
Built at the centre of several undulating hillocks, Woodlands Central resembles a gold-coin storing bowl, implying a capacity to accumulate wealth. It references the “Iron Rice Bowl” in Mandarin and denotes that residents in this area shall be able to hold a stable and secure job.
With its strategic location, Woodlands is an auspicious district that can absorb and retain qi, making it an ideal place for resting and recuperation. This is especially so for North-facing residential units sitting in the South.
Internal fengshui considerations

When it comes to choosing an ideal unit, keep in mind that the main orientation of a house will directly influence the overall luck of its residents. The house orientation refers to the facing of your house, which can typically be measured from the main entrance where qi flows in.
Marsiling Peak I and II offers 1,609 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, 5-room, and 3Gen flats, ranging from 28 to 35 storeys in height. Amongst them, the 791 flats in Marsiling Peak I will have shorter waiting times of less than 3 years.
Based on fengshui analysis, North and South are the most auspicious directions in the Period 9 and 1 (years 2024 – 2063), and Northwest and Southeast are the second most auspicious directions. It is recommended to choose a unit that faces either of these directions or lies at the border of these directions to tap on the positive energies.

External fengshui considerations
As one’s external environment accounts for more than interior considerations, it is important to consider features of the surrounding space when selecting a new home.
Located a stone’s throw away from Woodlands Checkpoint, Marsiling Peak I and II are located near green spaces, such as a nearby neighbourhood park and Admiralty Park. Within the self-contained estate, there will be a supermarket, shops, an eating house, preschool, and a residents’ network centre – spelling great convenience and well-rounded living for residents.
Nevertheless, convenience often comes at a cost, as a more crowded housing environment can imply potential Sha (conflict points). Surrounded by existing residential buildings and sites reserved for development, potential homeowners should be cautious of conflicting energies (冲煞). In particular, those who are planning to ballot for Marsiling Peak I should note that while the flats can be delivered in a shorter time, development would still be ongoing for Marsiling Peak II which could cause disturbance with the construction noises and dust.
High-rise buildings in proximity also present a potential risk of conflicts such as Tian Zhan Sha (home’s frontage facing an opening between two or more building structures that funnel negative energies), corner Sha (角煞) where sharp corners present hidden threats or oppression, etc. If you encounter such scenarios, you may display a pair of guardian lions or Six Emperor Coins emblem to ward off the negative energies.
With regards to Marsiling Peak I, certain stacks such as 397, 399, and 401 face the 7-storey Multi-storey Car Park (MSCP) directly. Those located on the lower storey of these stacks may want to consider installing a window blind. Otherwise, you and your household members are likely to encounter Sound Sha [声煞] and Light Sha [光煞], which could cause disturbances to daily life such as insomnia.
Those choosing a lower floor unit at stacks 383 and 385 should also be mindful as these stacks face the Bin Centre directly, hinting at potential rubbish stench.
As for Marsiling Peak II, stacks 351, 353, 359, 361, 379 will face the 6-storey MSCP. As advised earlier, those located on the lower storey of these stacks may want to consider installing a window blind or curtains to avert potential Sound Sha [声煞] and Light Sha [光煞].
Last but not least, stack 439 looks to be facing the rubbish chute directly, and is best to be avoided. If in doubt, don’t hesitate to consult a professional fengshui master for appropriate fengshui measures.
