Long-time residents of the horse land shall benefit from its positive energies and attain success on their career front. However, one should not overlook the horse’s shortcomings such as being over-ambitious and lacking determination. The latter could result in failures and cause one to lose fighting spirit.

West Plains @ Bukit Batok

Bounded by Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 and Avenue 8, West Plains @ Bukit Batok is in District 23 (D23). From a fengshui perspective, it resides on the Western Dragon within the fengshui formation of “Strong Dragon Rearing its Head”, which was created as a result of the dragon’s flight being obstructed by Bukit Panjang Hill and Bukit Timah Hill.

This indicates that this land is suitable for public housing or government offices but not so for industrial estates. People with strong characters may consider residing in Bukit Batok, as you shall be able to prosper along with the ‘strong dragon’. In fact, this is a suitable residential area for young and healthy people who are seeking success.

City Vue @ Henderson

Located at the junction of Tiong Bahru and Henderson Road, City Vue @ Henderson sits in the precinct of Bukit Merah, in Singapore’s district 3. This relatively new resale housing estate sits on the Western Dragon and falls in the fengshui land formation of the “Land of Buffaloes”.

It is believed that the “Land of Buffaloes” houses two buffaloes that fled from Tiong Bahru due to the nearby formation of “Combination of Four Animals”. Buffaloes are known for their diligence and this quality is reflected in the residents staying in this area. In the face of pressure, they would perform better and display strong determination too.
