One of the important requirements in fengshui is the garnering of “qi” (energy). Exterior fengshui considerations
The carpark at Tampines GreenWeave is located in the center of the estate, and the constant vehicle movements indicate Sound Sha [声煞 ] and Light Sha [光煞], which could cause disturbances to daily life such as insomnia. If you are staying in one of the units on the 5th or 6th storey and faces the carpark, you may consider installing a window blind.
T-junctions are typically considered to be bad fengshui for houses, but the impact is minimised when it comes to high rise apartments. With this in mind, residents of low-rise units (310, 308) of block 608A that are facing the t-junction need not be too worried. Hanging a Petrified Wood emblem could help to diminish the negative energy.
As Tampines North is in the midst of transforming into a new Tampines Town Hub, Master Goh also advised residents to be mindful of the potential fengshui impacts of future high rise developments. This may affect the harmony and health of household members, and proper measures should be taken into consideration.
