Located at northeastern Singapore, Austville Residences along Sengkang East Avenue boosts an Australian-theme design that re-enacts the laidback environment of Down Under. As Australia is identified to be a huge “Fire” land, it would be ideal to have more greenery or “Water” related designs for greater balance and harmony.
The apartments in Austville Residences generally face the southor north, which are auspicious directions in Period Eight (year 2004 – 2023), Period Nine (2024 – 2043) and Period One (2044 – 2063). Hence, the orientation of the units here is deemed excellent in the eyes of feng shui.
However, the design of individual units has its flaws. The shape of the living room is rectangular, making it difficult to garner qi. Also, some units will be affected by the sun glare in the east, resulting in a warm and stifled environment. The situation will worsen if the Baziof the home occupants does not favour heat. Other units face the threat of the negative influence known as “Tian Zhan Sha“.
