Well, Tampines GreenView that was awarded the Conquas Star rating – the highest possible accolade for construction and workmanship quality – reaches its 5-year minimum occupation period (MOP) this year. If you are looking for a resale public housing flat with longer lease, you may want to check out this MOP resale flat in District 18.
Built in 2019, Tampines GreenView reflects its namesake with picturesque views of surrounding lush greenery from various vantage points within the development. The density at Tampines GreenView is pretty high, with the blocks built quite near to one another. Hence, keep an eye for conflicting forces from neighbouring blocks. Some units are likely to encounter the Sharp Edge Sha (尖角煞). This typically occurs when the door or window of your unit faces the corner of a nearby building.
