Block 956A and 956B are nearest to the educational institution, implying heavier traffic and noises during peak hours and active school hours. Nevertheless, higher floor units here are likely to get unblocked views. This is favoured in fengshui, as unblocked views represent the Red Phoenix, symbolising aspirations and a bright future.
Surrounded by housing blocks, condominiums, upcoming residential projects and industrial parks, most views at Tampines GreenJade are obstructed, which means potential disruption to the smooth flow of energy. Hence, do take note of high-rise buildings in proximity that could present conflict points.
Potential risk of conflicts include Tian Zhan Sha (home’s frontage facing an opening between two or more building structures that funnel negative energies), corner Sha (角煞) where sharp corners present hidden threats, etc. If you encounter such scenarios, don’t hesitate to consult a professional fengshui master for appropriate fengshui measures.
On the other hand, if you are at the south stacks of Tampines GreenJade (i.e. Blk 957C and 957D), your proximity to Bedok Reservoir means you get to enjoy cooler winds. Stay mindful though, as the views will eventually be blocked by a future high-rise residential development.
Last but not least, homeowners should also take note of surrounding sites that are undergoing construction, as there could be conflict points, as well as pollution and negative energies (Sha Qi) during the development period.
