From the site plan, there will be a church located at the northeast of Parc Flora @ Tengah. While the 6-storey car park acts as a buffer, some stacks at block 325B are likely to face this upcoming place of worship.
From a fengshui perspective, places of worship are where devotees gather and pray, hence it will congregate a strong force of energy that may cause a qi imbalance to its surroundings. It is believed that facing the cross of a church directly is unfavourable for long-term dwellers. However, concluding the qi condition based on the place of worship alone is not an inclusive move.
