The Avenir

Located at River Valley Close, The Avenir is in the precinct of Orchard/River Valley in close proximity to the Singapore River. From a fengshui perspective, the new development resides on the Central Dragon, aka the Affluence Dragon.
With the Singapore River bearing the landform of a fertile female carp and great life force, one can reap good fortune and abundance with diligence – just like the pioneers of Singapore. As many of you are aware, the fengshui formation here reflects the “Carp Jumping Over Dragon Gate”, which depicts the significance of hard work and perseverance. This is one of the reasons for the flourishing trade and constant growth of Singapore.
LIV@MB Condo

Located along Arthur Road at Mountbatten, LIV@MB condo sits on the Eastern Dragon and belongs to the “Tai Gong Fishing” fengshui formation. This is similar to the “Li Bai Ploughing the Field” formation in Telok Kurau.
Both of these formations include notions of waiting for the right opportunity and staying carefree. This explains the indefinite developments in Katong. Despite being a man of talents, Jiang Tai Gong’s expertise was only discovered by Emperor Zhou Wen when he was 80 years old.
It should be noted that Jiang Tai Gong did not waste decades of his life waiting for this opportunity. He used the time to ponder over state affairs. Similarly, Katong may be waiting for the right opportunity but it will not do good to stay idle.

Located at Tan Quee Lan Street in the Bugis/Rochor vicinity, the recently TOP-ed Midtown Modern sits on the Southern Dragon with the fengshui formation of “Land of Golden Ingot”.
In fengshui, gold ingots symbolise wealth, abundance and success. If an ingot-shaped building appears in a “Land of Golden Ingot” formation, that place will flourish. Residents in the area would be rest assured to know that the channelling of the Rochor River to an underground sewer prevents the unnecessary outflow of wealth luck.

Located along Tampines Avenue 10 in District 18 (D18), Parc Central Residences resides on the Eastern Dragon within a fengshui land formation known as the “Talented Scholar and Ravishing Beauty”. This is an ideal residential area for those in the creative industry. As there is a high potential of cultivating talent here, young families will benefit greatly from the auspicious energies of this formation.
Tampines is also situated near the head of the Eastern Dragon, a majestic creature capable of helping inhabitants within its land to soar to greater heights. Nevertheless, those staying here are reminded to stay humble and down-to-earth. Greater effort must be made to maintain harmonious relationships, for without that, a breakthrough will be difficult to achieve.

Situated on Fernvale Lane, the 99-year leasehold Parc Greenwich EC sits on the Eastern Dragon in Sengkang, defined as a “Frog Land” from the fengshui perspective. Residents of the frog land though exceptionally shrewd, can be rather slack. Besides being easy going and generous, they are also persistent in subjects of their interest.
This place is beneficial to strong-willed people as they can put their wisdom to good use in their daily life, whereas those with weaker willpower may become lazy and obsessed with effortless gains after some lucky encounters.
Penrose

Located at Sims Drive, Penrose condo falls within the precinct of Geylang. This new development at the city’s fringe sits on the Eastern Dragon and is part of the fengshui formation called “Water Centipede”. With a “spilt personality”, this water centipede consists of two sections.
The top half (from Kallang River to Lorong 37) is characterised by the Water element, which favours businesses. The lower half (from Lorong 37 to Geylang Serai) is dominated by the Earth, hence is good for residences and proper businesses. The water centipede is a nocturnal creature, which explains the prevalence of nightspots in Geylang.

The unique point about this thunder king crab is that it only has one pincer, which may possibly be larger than its body.
