From a practical viewpoint, facing a cross junction means more traffic, which means light pollution (from headlights of oncoming cars at night) and Sound Sha from the traffic.
Based on the site plan, the majority of units at Penrose condo have a configuration where the main door faces the balcony directly. This may pose challenges to accumulating auspicious energies, especially for higher floor units. In such situations, household members may find that money comes and goes easily if measures are not made to better contain the positive energies.
