Taman Jurong Skylin: Landform fengshui
Located along Yung Ho Walk, Taman Jurong Skyline sits on the Western Dragon and belongs to the fengshui formation of “Land of the Flower Basket”. Taman Jurong Skyline comprises 5 residential blocks consisting of 1,844 units in total. There are 2-room Flexi, 3, 4, 5-room, and 3Gen flats in the towering 40-storey blocks.
Based on fengshui analysis, North and South are the most auspicious directions in Period 9 and 1 (years 2024 – 2063), and Northwest and Southeast are the second most auspicious directions. It is recommended to choose a unit that faces either of these directions or lies at the border of these directions to tap on the positive energies.

Standing at 40-storey tall, Taman Jurong Skyline will create a distinctive skyline, and serve as a backdrop to the adjacent Jurong Lake Gardens. Higher floors units will enjoy unblocked views, with some having a view of the lake.
In fengshui, unblocked views are favoured as it represents the Red Phoenix, symbolising aspirations and a bright future. Such smooth flow of energy in the absence of points of conflict (sha) is essential. This is why people favour higher floor units.
Generally, a household is considered auspicious and blessed with prosperity and abundance if you can see flowing water from your living room, especially if there is a large door or window that allows an inflow of energy from the river across your home.
Nevertheless, do note that there may be challenges to accumulating auspicious energies, especially for higher floor units with a main door that faces the balcony directly. In such situations, household members may find that money comes and goes easily if measures are not made to better contain the positive energies. Aspiring BTO homeowners should also take note of surrounding sites that are undergoing construction or reserved for future developments, as there could be conflict points, as well as pollution and negative energies (Sha Qi) during the development period. At time of writing, Taman Jurong Skyline is surrounded by sites reserved for development.
Last but not least, lower floor units at stacks that are near or face the bin centre directly are not recommended (eg. stacks 203, 205, 207, 209, 211). If your front door/windows face the Bin Centre directly, your house is likely to be amongst the first to be affected by rubbish stench once the wind starts blowing.

The Kun sector, located in the Southwest of your home, is one area that you should not overlook! It represents the mother (matriarch energy), which denotes empathy, harmony and relationships.
The main element of this area is Earth, hence water features are recommended here. To ensure good health and stable emotions, plants should not be placed in this area. Also, this is a sector that should not be in the kitchen, toilet or storeroom.
