Published: 13 Feb 2026

Tampines Bliss stands out in HDB’s February 2026 BTO launch with a remarkably short waiting time of just 1 year and 11 months. Time in fengshui is like the rhythm of qi; always shifting and influencing how a home receives and holds energy.

Curious whether this new BTO project could be your ideal fengshui home? Dive into our in‑depth review to find out.

Landform Fengshui: Tampines Bliss

In Singapore, the Five Dragon Landform Fengshui harnesses “hidden dragons”, which are man-made structures that channel energy flows. From the lens of fengshui, roads act as “dragon veins”, skyscrapers as “mountain dragons” offering stability, and waterways serve as wealth-attracting “water dragons”.

The five auspicious dragons, namely Eastern, Western, Southern, Northern, and Central, along with the Singapore and Kallang Rivers, converge to drive the city’s growth and prosperity, with each dragon influencing a region’s success.

Bordered by Tampines Avenue 2 and Tampines Street 22, Tampines Bliss sits near the head of the Eastern Dragon, a majestic creature capable of helping inhabitants within its land to soar to greater heights. Being near the Dragon’s head calls for individuals with strong Bazi. Otherwise, maintaining stability in career, relationships, and health could be challenging.

Fengshui Formation: Tampines Bliss

From a fengshui perspective, Tampines is a land of “Talented Scholar and Ravishing Beauty”, an ideal residential area for those in the creative industry. As there is high potential of cultivating talent here, young families will benefit greatly from the auspicious energies of this formation.

As those who possess talent and beauty may develop an “arrogant exterior”, Grand Master Tan Khoon Yong of Way Fengshui Group shared that more efforts must be made to maintain harmonious relationships. Otherwise, a breakthrough will be difficult to achieve without putting in effort.

In addition, Tampines residents including those at Tampines Bliss should take caution against illnesses. The seasonal northeast monsoon will cause temperature to fluctuate and people with poor constitutions are susceptible to catching a cold. As such, warm colours (i.e. red or cream) are recommended in interior design and decorations while cool colours (i.e. blue, green, etc) should be avoided. Growing more plants can help to dispense the cold, too.

Note: Selecting a suitable flat could be daunting, especially for first-time homeowners. If in doubt, leave it to the professionals. Way Fengshui provides end-to-end fengshui services from selecting an ideal unit to helping you create a harmonious environment in your new home.

Exterior fengshui considerations

As one’s external environment accounts for more than interior considerations, it is important to consider features of the surrounding space when selecting a new home.

Inspired by the calm of old kampung days and the vibrancy of modern living, Tampines Bliss brings both worlds together with a lush green corridor at its heart. Its shorter blocks and open layout means positive qi flow and good natural light, which can maintain healthy, uplifting energy throughout the estate.

With Singapore’s rapidly ageing population, nursing homes located within an estate are increasingly common. Tampines Bliss sits next to NTUC Health nursing home, with block 200B and 200C being the closest to the medical and healthcare centre. Stack 333, 335, 337, and 339 likely overlook the establishment.

Nursing homes, like hospitals, are “yin” in nature, and the knowledge of staying near such establishments may cause unease to some people; possibly leading to physical and mental fatigue in the long term. If you are concerned, you may want to skip the abovementioned stacks.

Those choosing a lower floor unit should also take note that some stacks such as 301, 303, 305, 307, 321, and 323 face the 4-storey MSCP directly. These units are likely to be affected by conflicting forces (煞气) such as noise pollution (噪音) and headlight flashes from moving cars. As this could cause disturbances to daily life such as insomnia, quality soundproofing is essential.

While Tampines Bliss’s density is low by BTO standards and the blocks seem to have adequate spacing, stay mindful of potential conflicting forces such as Sharp Edge Sha (尖角煞), Wall Blade Sha (壁刀煞). The former occurs when a unit directly faces the pointed corner of a neighbouring structure, and is believed to create tense, disruptive energy that may affect focus, emotional stability and overall performance.

Wall Blade Sha, on the other hand, arises when a long, flat wall edge forms a “blade‑like” line aimed toward a unit, creating forceful qi. In such scenarios, it is best to consult a professional fengshui practitioner.

Internal fengshui considerations

When it comes to choosing an ideal unit, keep in mind that the main orientation of a house will directly influence the overall luck of its residents. The house orientation refers to the facing of your house, which can typically be measured from the main entrance where qi flows in.

Tampines Bliss comprises three residential blocks with only 284 units of 3-room, and 4-room flats. These blocks stand at 10 storeys each.

Based on fengshui analysis, North and South are the most auspicious directions in the Period 9 and 1 (years 2024 – 2063), and Northwest and Southeast are the second most auspicious directions. It is recommended to choose a unit that faces either of these directions or lies at the border of these directions to tap on the positive energies.

We have categorised the units at Tampines Bliss under the Period 9 Auspicious Home Ranking chart, as listed below.

Most units at Tampines Bliss face auspicious directions of the current fengshui period, but some lie on the boundary between two directions indicated with the warning sign. For an accurate reading, aspiring homebuyers should consider getting a professional  fengshui consultation

Did you know?

Period 9 corresponds with the South, representing a strong Fire element. As such, it is best to review and make adjustments if your bedroom falls in the South sector or has too much of the Fire element, which can disrupt sleep.

For example, the colours Red and Orange are associated with the Fire element. It is best to avoid such colours in the bedroom and opt for neutral colours or those that are suited to your Bazi (and those of your spouse).

For optimal fengshui benefits, you should also align your bed position with your Bazi needs. Note that flying stars tend to change position on a yearly basis, which may in turn influence your health or relationship for a particular year.

Did you know that Period 9 is influenced by a wealth star, indicating growing fortune and propitiousness? If your home faces North or South, which are the most auspicious directions in the current fengshui period, consider seeking a fengshui consultation for your home renovation so you and your household members can better grasp opportunities as well as create wealth.

Which fengshui BTO units to choose in Tampines Bliss?

As with most things in life, getting it right from the start will save you lots of effort. More than just the correct placement of furniture or avoiding certain colours, home fengshui looks into compatibility amongst the homeowners and your living spaces.

Located in the mature Tampines town, Tampines Bliss sits on a favourable fengshui land with most units facing the most auspicious directions of Period 9. Remember, there is no fixed lucky direction that caters to everyone, but units that lie on the boundary between two directions require more in-depth fengshui analysis

A detailed consultation will be helpful for homeowners to gain insights to choosing your ideal fengshui home, and how you can optimise it to your advantage. Our masters evaluate the units based on a four-point method, analysing the luck cycle, direction, Bazi suitability and missing sector, to help make your fengshui selection unit a breeze.
