Similar to the neighbouring Sembawang Deck, Sembawang Voyage enjoys a convenient yet laid‑back location. Adjacent to the neighbourhood centre, residents will enjoy easy access to shopping and dining options, community facilities, and a linear park with playgrounds and fitness stations.

Sembawang Voyage sits between two cross-junctions, one of which is buffered by a 7-storey Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP). However, the cross-junction between Sembawang Drive and (future) Admiralty Street creates a potential landform obstruction that may generate Sha Qi for lower-floor units at stack 252 and 254. Residents here should be mindful of possible “poison arrows” from fast-moving traffic and sharp road angles.

From a practical viewpoint, facing a cross-junction also means more traffic, which can result in light pollution (from headlights of oncoming cars at night), Sound Sha, and most dust.

While the blocks at Sembawang Voyage appear to have adequate spacing, stay mindful of potential conflicting forces such as Sharp Edge Sha (尖角煞) and Wall Blade Sha (壁刀煞). The former occurs when a unit directly faces the pointed corner of a neighbouring structure, and is believed to create tense, disruptive energy that may affect focus, emotional stability and overall performance.

Wall Blade Sha, on the other hand, arises when a long, flat wall edge forms a “blade‑like” line aimed toward a unit, creating forceful qi. In such scenarios, it is best to consult a professional fengshui practitioner.

Those choosing a lower floor unit should also take note that some stacks such as 212, 214, 232, 234, 236, and 238 face the 7-storey MSCP directly. These units are likely to be affected by conflicting forces (煞气) such as noise pollution (噪音) and headlight flashes from moving cars. As this could cause disturbances to daily life such as insomnia, quality soundproofing is essential.

As Sembawang North is a new housing neighbourhood, there are many on-going and future developments. Surrounding Sembawang Voyage are future roads and sites reserved for high-rise residential developments. This indicates potential conflict points, as well as pollution and negative energies (Sha Qi) during the construction period.
