This spells great convenience for Kembangan Wave residents in addition to its prime location next to the Kembangan MRT station. While the cons would be a more crowded environment with greater noise activities, the layout of the additional building can be a buffer for noises and light pollution from the train station and traffic along Sims Ave East.
For those seeking peace and quiet, you may want to consider the outer stacks that are facing Lengkong Tiga private housing – most of which are landed properties. This means that higher floor units of Kembangan Wave will have unblocked views. In fengshui, unblocked views are favoured as it represents the Red Phoenix, symbolising aspirations and a bright future.
