Bayshore Palms: Landform fengshui
Located along Bayshore Drive in the precinct of Marine Parade, Bayshore Palms sits on the Eastern Dragon, and belongs to the “Tai Gong Fishing” fengshui formation. This is similar to the “Li Bai Ploughing the Field” formation in Telok Kurau.
Both of these formations include notions of waiting for the right opportunity and staying carefree. This explains the indefinite developments along the East Coast. Despite being a man of talents, Jiang Tai Gong’s expertise was only discovered by Emperor Zhou Wen when he was 80 years old.

While this spells convenience for the residents, especially school-age families, it also means a more crowded housing environment, heavier traffic and potential Sha (conflicts). Residents can expect noises and heavier traffic during peak hours. As such, do consider carefully when selecting a flat. Sound insulation could be an option to reduce noise disturbances from the external environment.
With East Coast Park being a stone’s throw away, Bayshore Palms reflects an idyllic waterside living concept, where some units are likely to get a water view. In general, a household is considered auspicious and blessed with prosperity and abundance if you can see flowing water from your living room, especially if there is a large door or window that allows an inflow of energy from the river across your home.
Nevertheless, do note that there may be challenges to accumulating auspicious energies, especially for higher floor units with a main door that faces the balcony directly. In such situations, household members may find that money comes and goes easily if measures are not made to better contain the positive energies.
The Bayshore estate will develop rapidly within the next two decades, and one should take note of future developments surrounding your home.
