Launched in the latest HDB’s October 2023 Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise, Tenteram Vantage is one of the mature estates projects offered in the Kallang/Whampoa district, designated to be built along the Kallang River.
In Chinese culture, the water element often represents good fortune and abundance. However, one should know that having a direct view of a flowing river from your home doesn’t necessarily bring good fengshui.
