Read on to learn more about the much-anticipated development!

Landform fengshui

Whistler Grand resides on the Western Dragon amidst the fengshui formation of Clementi’s “land of imps transporting gold”. Here, it is natural for residents to be blessed with good fortune and high chances of receiving windfalls. However, the imps that bring the gold also have the tendency of taking it away. Hence, those who reside here need to guard your wealth well, otherwise all will be lost.

Notably, the two rivers in the vicinity, namely Ulu Pandan River and Sungei Pandan, reflect the formation of “two imps stealing gold” and indicate wealth that may be shifted or stolen. Hence, residents are likely to experience wealth fluctuations. On a more positive note, small business owners will still be able to accumulate modest wealth. With the help of home fengshui, wealth and windfall luck can be further enhanced.

Internal fengshui considerations

Whistler Grand features 716-units in its distinctive 36-storey double towers. Based on their site plan, Block 107 looks the most promising with its North/South facing. As North and South are the auspicious directions in Period 9 and Period 1 (year 2024 – 2063), this spells favourability for the homeowners, especially those who are looking at long-term residence.

However, one should note that the North/South direction is not very auspicious in 2022. Should you be thinking of shifting into the premises or conducting renovation this year, you must select an auspicious date to do so. Check out our free 2022 Way Calendar or download Way Fengshui Almanac from Itunes or Google Play.

Units that face Northeast/Southwest at Block 109 must be mindful in the long run, as these directions are unfavourable in the upcoming Period 9 (year 2024 – 2043). Residents living in this block are encouraged to consult a professional fengshui practitioner to determine your house orientation.

Exterior fengshui considerations

Whistler Grand is surrounded by residential estates. Homeowners should keep a lookout for conflicting energies (煞) that could derive from sharp corners facing your unit. If you find yourself in such a situation, seek advice from a professional fengshui practitioner

Although the Ayer Rajah Expressway lies at the back of Whistler Grand, there’s a considerable amount of distance. Hence, it would not cause much impact to the residents.

Did you know?

If you have the intention or already installed your shoe shelf indoors, there’s a possibility that your wealth luck may be affected. The correlation between your wealth position and the shoe shelf is something that you don’t want to overlook!

The wealth position refers to a place where wealth accumulates. Hence, the space surrounding your wealth position must be kept clean and tidy. There should not be clutter, electrical appliances or sharp objects around or at your wealth position.

There is heavy Sha (煞气) aka negative energies where the shoe shelf is located. Hence, your wealth luck will be affected if your shoe shelf directly faces your wealth position.

Some people unknowingly positioned their shoe shelf at their wealth position. When this happens, their wealth is likely to disperse and one may find that it is difficult to accumulate wealth. Should this happen, it is best to shift the shoe shelf or avoid placing shoes within the rack.
