Whistler Grand resides on the Western Dragon amidst the fengshui formation of Clementi’s “land of imps transporting gold”. Here, it is natural for residents to be blessed with good fortune and high chances of receiving windfalls. However, the imps that bring the gold also have the tendency of taking it away. Hence, those who reside here need to guard your wealth well, otherwise all will be lost.

Notably, the two rivers in the vicinity, namely Ulu Pandan River and Sungei Pandan, reflect the formation of “two imps stealing gold” and indicate wealth that may be shifted or stolen. Hence, residents are likely to experience wealth fluctuations. On a more positive note, small business owners will still be able to accumulate modest wealth. However, one should note that the North/South direction is not very auspicious in 2022. Whistler Grand is surrounded by residential estates. Homeowners should keep a lookout for conflicting energies (煞) that could derive from sharp corners facing your unit. If you find yourself in such a situation, seek advice from a professional fengshui practitioner. 

Although the Ayer Rajah Expressway lies at the back of Whistler Grand, there’s a considerable amount of distance. Hence, it would not cause much impact to the residents.
