Located in Singapore’s highly popular and vibrant District 15 (D15), this project is conveniently near to shopping malls, food havens, leisure attractions, and prestigious schools.

Tembusu Grand: Landform Fengshui
Located along Tanjong Katong Road and Haig Road, Tembusu Grand is located in D15 within the serene vicinity of Tanjong Katong. Expected to TOP in 2028, this centrally located condo development sits on the Eastern Dragon with the fengshui formation of “Tai Gong Fishing”. This is similar to the “Li Bai Ploughing the Field” formation in Telok Kurau.
Both of these formations include notions of waiting for the right opportunity and staying carefree. This explains the indefinite developments in Katong. Despite being a man of talents, Jiang Tai Gong’s expertise was only discovered by Emperor Zhou Wen when he was 80 years old.
