Situated along Fernvale Link, Fernvale Riverwalk sits on the Eastern Dragon in Sengkang, which is defined as a “Frog Land” from the fengshui perspective. Though exceptionally shrewd, residents of the frog land are rather laidback. Besides being easy-going and generous, they are also persistent in subjects of their interest.

Fernvale Riverwalk is situated close to several primary and secondary schools, making it suitable for families with young children. To the west of the estate, there’s a secondary school. Residents who are residing nearby, in lower-floor units, will most likely be affected by noises during active school hours. Hence, a higher floor unit would be better. 

As Fernvale Riverwalk is surrounded by other residential estates, one would need to pay attention to nearby architectures to ensure there are no corner conflicts (角煞). 

With its proximity to Punggol Reservoir and the high number of trees around the estate, there are many mosquitoes. Those living on the lower floors must also be careful of direct conflicts (冲) with the trees.
