With  Build-to-Order (BTO) flats launched for sale on 10 Feb, the Feb 2025 HDB BTO consist of developments spread across 5 projects (1 Prime, 1 Plus, and 3 Standard) in the housing estates of Yishun, Queenstown, Tanjong Rhu and Woodlands.

In this series of articles, we will take in-depth fengshui reviews on the upcoming BTO estates to assess their fengshui qualities and see if these estates really have good fengshui. Read on!

Chencharu Green

Bounded by Chencharu Link, Bah Soon Pah Road, and Bah Soon Pah Close, Chencharu Green lies on the Southern Dragon of Singapore at the fengshui formation of the “Land of Collapsed Plum Blossom”. The flower and stem of the plum blossom, along with the Lower Seletar Reservoir as the backdrop, portrays an auspicious feng shui setting, which has benefited many well-known businessmen.

Residents in Yishun have high earning power and know how to enjoy their lives too. This northern district exudes a sense of tranquillity, which makes it a suitable location for self-cultivation.

Chencharu Vines

Featuring two linear precinct green spaces with lush greenery, Chencharu Vines is one of the two standard housing projects in Yishun offered in HDB’s February 2025 Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise.

Located just across the road from Chencharu Green, this BTO offers convenient amenities such as an eating house, supermarket, shops, preschool, and a residents’ network centre within the project.

Stirling Horizon

Bordered by Queensway Road and Mei Chin Road, Stirling Horizon sits on the Western Dragon and falls under the fengshui formation of the “Land of White Horse”, characterised by enthusiasm and loyalty.

Long-time residents of the horse land shall benefit from its positive energies and attain success on their career front. However, one should not overlook the horse’s shortcomings such as being over-ambitious and lacking determination. The latter could result in failures and cause one to lose fighting spirit.

The energetic nature of the horse makes Queenstown an ideal place for business start-ups while those who wish to hold on to existing businesses may find it challenging.

Tanjong Rhu Parc Front

Bounded by the existing Tanjong Rhu Road, Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE – underground), and East Coast Parkway, Tanjong Rhu Parc Front resides in the district of Kallang/Whampoa within walking distance to Tanjong Rhu MRT station. This new BTO estate sits on the Southern Dragon, aka the Wealth Dragon.

A stone’s throw away from Geylang River, Tanjong Rhu Parc Front is part of the fengshui land formation known as ‘Five Snakes Battling a White Crocodile” with Kallang River complementing four waterways. The four waterways are namely Rochor River, Whampoa River, Geylang River and Pelton Canal. With abundant water sources in the area, does that indicate greater wealth opportunities for residents in Kallang?

Woodlands North Verge

Located along Woodlands North Link and the neighbouring Admiralty Park, Woodlands North Verge sits on the den of the Central Dragon, and belongs to the fengshui land formation of “Golden Coin-storing Bowl”. This indicates favorability for wealth and health.

Residents in this area shall be able to hold a stable and secure job, as well as accumulate wealth. With its strategic location, Woodlands is an auspicious district that can absorb and retain qi, making it an ideal place for resting and recuperation.
