40th Anniversary Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Way Fengshui Group’s 40th Anniversary Giveaway Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)  

 

  1. This 40th Anniversary Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organised by Way Fengshui Group (“Organiser”). Employees and immediate family members of Way Fengshui Group are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.
  2. This Giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above.
  3. This Giveaway will take place from 2 September 2024 at 9:00am and ends on 6 October 2024 at 11:59pm (“Giveaway Period”). By joining this Giveaway, participants are deemed to agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as well as the Organiser’s decision.
  4. By joining this Giveaway, participants grant Way Fengshui Group the right to use their name and submitted content for promotional purposes.
  5. To enter the Giveaway, a participant must during the Giveaway Period:

 

On Facebook/Instagram

  • Follow BOTH @wayfengshui and @Nom.Singapore
  • Share any post with #40yearsoffengshui and
  • Tag 3 other unique accounts

 

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the criteria or violate the terms and conditions.
  2. All entries must be made or submitted (as applicable) before the Giveaway Closing Time. Multiple posts and messages will not increase the chances of winning and may contravene the terms and conditions of such social media platforms. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that the settings of their applicable social media account are configured such that the Organiser will be able to view their entry material and to contact them via direct message, as applicable.
  3. Only five (5) Winners will be randomly selected each week to receive the following prizes (“Prizes”):
    • a Guard of Fortune (colour of the week)

      • 9 Sep -15 Sep 2024: Relationship (Red)
      • 16 Sep – 22 Sep 2024: Health (Green)
      • 23 Sep -29 Sep 2024: Career (Blue)
      • 30 Sep – 6 Oct 2024: Mystery Colour 
    • a special prize from Nom.Singapore
      • 2 Sep – 8 Sep 2024: Jotter book
      • 9 Sep -15 Sep 2024: Merlion Chou Chou Keychain
      • 16 Sep – 22 Sep 2024: Ang Ku Kueh Coasters
      • 23 Sep -29 Sep 2024: Kopi Bag Mug
      • 30 Sep – 6 Oct 2024: Pineapple Tart Keychain
  4. The Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
  5. The Winners will be announced weekly on Way Fengshui’s official Facebook and Instagram.
  6. The Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they used to enter within five (5) working days of the Winners announcement.
  7. Prizes will be forfeited, and another Winners will be selected if there is no response from Winners within seven (7) days of notification.
  8. Prizes must be collected by Winners at Way Fengshui Group’s office at Fu Lu Shou Complex, 149 Rochor Road, #02-10, Singapore 188425.
  9. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.
  10. Way Fengshui Group may, at its sole discretion, substitute or replace the Prizes with any other Prizes of equal or similar value, amend any of these Terms and Conditions and cancel/postpone the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  11. To the extent permitted under applicable law, Way Fengshui Group will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in an infringement of any law or regulation, by entering the Giveaway or the Participant’s acceptance of any Prizes.
  12. Unless otherwise specified, Way Fengshui Group is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Giveaway and/or with the use or redemption of the Prizes.
  13. All decisions made by Way Fengshui Group in respect to any matter relating to this Giveaway shall be final. Way Fengshui Group reserve the right to vary these Terms & Conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Giveaway without prior notice, and at its sole and absolute discretion.
