2024 CNY Snap, Share, and Win! Contest – Terms and Conditions

Way Fengshui Group’s CNY Snap, Share, and Win! Contest Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

  1. This CNY Snap, Share, and Win! Contest (“Contest”) is organised by Way Fengshui Group (“Organiser”). Employees and immediate family members of Way Fengshui Group are not eligible to enter the Contest.
  2. This Contest is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above.
  3. This Contest will take place from 14 December 2023 at 9:00am and ends on 10 January 2024 at 11:59pm (“Contest Period”). By joining this Contest, participants are deemed to agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as well as the Organiser’s decision.
  4. By joining this Contest, participants grant Way Fengshui Group the right to use their name and submitted content for promotional purposes.
  5. To enter the Contest, a participant must during the Contest Period:

On Facebook/Instagram

  • Snap and share a photo of the Organiser’s Life Size “Benefactors Abound”
  • Tag @wayfengshui and 3 other unique accounts
  • Use the hashtag #WayFengshuiCNYGiveaway
  • Like and Follow @wayfengshui on Facebook and Instagram
  1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the criteria or violate the terms and conditions.
  2. All entries must be made or submitted (as applicable) before the Contest Closing Time. Multiple posts and messages will not increase the chances of winning and may contravene the terms and conditions of such social media platforms. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that the settings of their applicable social media account are configured such that the Organiser will be able to view their entry material and to contact them via direct message, as applicable.
  3. One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a MYSTERY GIFT worth $188.
  4. The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
  5. The winner will be announced on 12 January 2024, on Way Fengshui’s official Facebook and Instagram.
  6. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they used to enter within three (3) days of the winner announcement.
  7. Prize will be forfeited, and another Winner will be selected if there is no response from Winner within three (3) days of notification.
  8. Prize must be collected by Winner at Way Fengshui Group’s office at Fu Lu Shou Complex, 149 Rochor Road, #02-10, Singapore 188425.
  9. Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.
  10. Way Fengshui Group may, at its sole discretion, substitute or replace the Prize with any other Prize of equal or similar value, amend any of these Terms and Conditions and cancel/postpone the Contest at any time without prior notice.
  11. To the extent permitted under applicable law, Way Fengshui Group will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in an infringement of any law or regulation, by entering the Contest or the Participant’s acceptance of any Prize.
  12. Unless otherwise specified, Way Fengshui Group is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Contest and/or with the use or redemption of the Prize.
  13. All decisions made by Way Fengshui Group in respect to any matter relating to this Contest shall be final. Way Fengshui Group reserve the right to vary these Terms & Conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Contest without prior notice, and at its sole and absolute discretion.
