2024 CNY Lucky Draw – Terms and Conditions

Way Fengshui Group’s CNY Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

 

  1. This CNY lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by Way Fengshui Group (“Group”). Employees and immediate family members of Way Fengshui Group are not eligible to enter the Lucky Draw.
  2. This Lucky Draw is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above who meet the following criteria:
    • Must be a Way Fengshui Group’s customers (“Customers”)
    • Must make a qualifying purchase of $200 or more on lifestyle (“Lifestyle”) products from Way Fengshui Group to be automatically enrolled into this Lucky Draw.
  3. For every $200 spent on qualifying lifestyle products in-store, Customers will receive one (1) Lucky Draw coupon (each, a “Coupon”, and collectively, the “Coupons”).
  4. These Lucky Draw Coupons can be accumulated until the final draw (“Draw”).
  5. This Lucky Draw does NOT apply to the purchase of Way Fengshui Group’s services or payments made for course enrolment.
  6. This Lucky Draw does NOT apply to any online purchases.
  7. Each winner (each, a “Winner”, and collectively, the “Winners”) will receive one (1) exclusive ‘Huat Your WAY’ Mahjong Set as a prize (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”).
  8. The opening date for entries is 9:00 AM on 2 October 2023. The closing date of the Lucky Draw entries is 6:00 PM on 3 February 2023.
  9. The 5 Winners of the Lucky Draw will be chosen by random draw (“Draw”) on:
    • 26 October 2023
    • 29 November 2023
    • 20 December 2023
    • 7 January 2024
    • 4 February 2024
  10. Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided during their purchase of Lifestyle products.
  11. Prizes will be forfeited, and another Winner will be selected if there is no response from Winner within three (3) working days of notification.
  12. Prizes must be collected by Winners at Way Fengshui Group’s office at Fu Lu Shou Complex, 149 Rochor Road, #02-10, Singapore 188425.
  13. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.
  14. Way Fengshui Group may, at its sole discretion, substitute or replace the Prizes with any other Prize of equal or similar value, amend any of these Terms and Conditions and cancel/postpone the draw at any time without prior notice.
  15. To the extent permitted under applicable law, Way Fengshui Group will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in an infringement of any law or regulation, by entering the Lucky Draw or the Participant’s acceptance of any Prize.
  16. Unless otherwise specified, Way Fengshui Group is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Lucky Draw and/or with the use or redemption of the Prize.
  17. All decisions made by Way Fengshui Group in respect to any matter relating to this Lucky Draw shall be final. Way Fengshui Group reserve the right to vary these Terms & Conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Lucky Draw without prior notice, and at its sole and absolute discretion.
