Exterior fengshui considerations
As one’s external environment accounts for more than interior considerations, it is important to consider features of the surrounding space when selecting a new home. It is always worthwhile to do a physical site visit prior to your property purchase.
A stone’s throw away from Canberra MRT station, The Visionaire EC is also conveniently located near to the shopping mall. This is a developing area with various sites around the estate being marked for future development. Also, there may be clashes with the opposite units where stack 9 and 10 of Block 174 are concerned.
Another issue that residents should note is the excessive Sound Sha caused by heavy traffic flow and nearby train tracks. Unavoidable in Singapore’s concrete jungle, Sound Sha increases stress and blood pressure levels. Worse still, it can even lead to insomnia. To counter this, consider using soundproofing technology to reduce noise levels in one’s personal space, especially for your bedrooms.
Through a general observation of the residential complex, we note that a number of buildings at The Visionaire EC are plagued with Constriction Sha. This conflict occurs when air currents between two buildings converge to charge at one being sandwiched in between. As residents are likely to open their windows for ventilation purposes, they are likely to incur the consequences of these inauspicious energies. Affected parties may become listless and pessimistic.
Should your main door be in the direct line of Constriction Sha, it is best to install a partition or display some plants at the entrance to deflect its flow. If in doubt, always seek advice from a professional fengshui practitioner.
