21 Anderson sits within the fengshui formation in Tanglin known as “Kirins Meeting on Orchid Land”, which comprises both the kirin and orchid.

In the study of fengshui, kirin land, orchid land, and golden bell land are categorised as lands of scholars. There are two kirins: one located at the former NIE campus and the other at the Shangri-La Hotel. Although NIE has shifted to a new campus, the grounds of the “Scholarly Kirin” continue to be used for education purposes, which totally fit its potential.

Located at Shangri-La is the “Prosperity Kirin”, capable of attracting wealth and treasures. From this, we can infer that the hotel’s continued success is due to the beneficial fengshui factors. 21 Anderson, being just a stone’s throw away, can also benefit from this. Lastly, the orchids are scattered throughout the Tanglin area, with the region where embassies and consulates gather being more intense.

Claydence

Claydence sits within the fengshui formation called “Li Bai Ploughing the Field”. As the Wood Dragon requires a culture-rich setting, Li Bai’s presence here is most apt. Li Bai was a gifted poet and also a great drinker, hence this area is home to many literati and refined individuals who know how to enjoy life.

The layout here is akin to plots of farmlands, which happens to coincide with its fengshui formation. Though the fengshui here is good, one should not take it for granted. Or wealth shall not pass three generations, as depicted in the famous Chinese saying.

Gems Ville sits within the fengshui formation called “Water Centipede”. With a “spilt personality”, this water centipede consists of two sections.

The top half (from Kallang River to Lorong 37) is characterised by the Water element, which favours businesses. The lower half (from Lorong 37 to Geylang Serai) is dominated by the Earth, hence is good for residences and proper businesses. The water centipede is a nocturnal creature, which explains the prevalence of nightspots in Geylang

K Suites

In Singapore, the Five Dragon Landform Fengshui harnesses “hidden dragons”, which are man-made structures that channel energy flows. From the lens of fengshui, roads act as “dragon veins”, skyscrapers as “mountain dragons” offering stability, and waterways serve as wealth-attracting “water dragons”.

The five auspicious dragons, namely Eastern, Western, Southern, Northern, and Central, along with the Singapore and Kallang Rivers, converge to drive the city’s growth and prosperity, with each dragon influencing a region’s success.

Located along Lorong K in Telok Kerau, K Suites sits within Singapore’s District 15. This recently TOP-ed freehold boutique condominium is positioned near the body of the Eastern Dragon, aka the Wood Dragon, indicating stable qi flow that is ideal for long-term residence or business!
