Tampines is also situated near the head of the Eastern Dragon, a majestic creature capable of helping inhabitants within its land to soar to greater heights.

Living near an expressway – A double-edged sword
From his initial assessment, Master Goh pinpoints excessive Sound Sha (??) caused by traffic from the TPE. Unavoidable in Singapore’s concrete jungle, Sound Sha can increase stress and blood pressure levels. Worse still, it can even lead to insomnia.
To counter this, Master Goh proposes the use of soundproofing technology in one’s personal space, especially for bedrooms. Additionally, homeowners can install thick curtains to reduce noise levels.
The fengshui of having water overhead
In addition to negatively affecting the home’s electromagnetic field, having a water body overhead is detrimental to the health of elderly persons and individuals who have an excess of Water in their Bazi (??).
Aside from creating health problems, it can also induce stress and negative emotions. Therefore, Master Goh recommends that home owners select an apartment that does not have a water tank on the building’s rooftop.
On a positive note, Master Goh remarks that for public housing, there are preventive measures put in place to reduce such effects. Hence, while it is still not recommended, potential homeowners needn’t be worried about their selection.
