Grand Master Tan suggested for the bungalow to be built in the shape of a treasure box, symbolising a place to accumulate all the treasures and wealth. As the owner is born in the year of the monkey, it is recommended for the owner to display an emblem showing a monkey riding a horse in the front yard.
Lighting with concave designs were also employed to represent the horse saddle. As the back of the horse is facing the edge of the house, six pieces of wall were also made to concave inwards to neutralise the negative energy and attract wealth into the house. Trees and plants were also planted in the Northwestern sector to improve the owner’s luck.
