Our recommendations:
As the building direction is unfavourable, our Master recommended for a unique speed bump to be installed, rectifying the situation. Seating arrangement for key personnel were also adjusted to help retain employees and make the working environment more conducive.
Currently, Way Fengshui is assisting with the business expansion and is in charge of proposing the optimal layout for their new production and office block.
