Changing Destiny Reflected on One’s Palm

Changing Destiny Reflected on One’s Palm

If you are familiar with the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), you might have encountered the TCM physician reading your palm for health consultation. Health conditions change over a period of time and these can be tracked by the changing palm lines every few months. Similarly, a person’s luck changes over a period of time and this is reflected on his/her palm every 3 to 5 years.

Which is the correct hand for reading?

In Chinese terminology, there is a common phrase “男左女右”, which indicates males to take “left” while the females are associated to “right”. According to “The Fortune-Teller’s Bible” by Jane Struthers, it is essential to determine if a person is left-handed or right-handed, as the dominant hand rules the person’s present and shows what he/she is capable of doing. The non-dominant hand shall describe one’s dreams and potential. In this case, both hands can be used for reading. Countless publications and masters practise different ways of palm reading as well. So, do we take the left or the right?

According to Grand Master Tan Khoon Yong, we should read the palm following the “男左女右” theory. For the males, the left hand signifies the destiny that is sketched onto one’s palm at birth. The right hand for the men will then reveal the present. This theory works vice versa for females whom right hand signifies their destiny while the left hand reveals their present.

Know the lines on your palm

The 3 main lines on one’s palm are commonly known as the Relationship Line, Wisdom Line and Life Line. Each line, as suggested by their name, represents a certain aspect of the palm owner. Referring to the palm image, you will notice that the Relationship Line and Wisdom Line differ from the norm but no, we didn’t get it wrong. Humans’ actions (and primarily our life) are often ruled by our heart, thus Grand Master Tan perceives the centre line that joins to the Life Line to be the Relationship Line.

Do you have 2 Wisdom Lines?

People who have 2 Wisdom Lines are known to be extremely intelligent but he/she probably has split personality too. Sometimes, the Wisdom Line ends with a fork, which is commonly known as the writer’s fork. It can indicate writing talent, but on top of that, the person possesses good judgment skills too as he/she can see more than one side of an argument! Do you belong to this category? If yes, perhaps you can start pursuing a career that values such skills!

Retain wealth with a ring on the middle finger?

Also, do you know that the Wisdom Line is known as the Wealth Line? One’s wealth is closely related to one’s wisdom and thus, some deem this line to be associated with wealth. You might have heard of people wearing a ring on their middle finger to retain wealth. There is a reason to this practice. The Wealth Line runs between the index and middle finger, thus a huge gap between these two fingers signifies an outflow of wealth. As such, the ring will help to stem the flow.

How deep is your career line?

You would also notice the Career Line in our palm image. Have you identified your own? According to Grand Master Tan Khoon Yong, this line represents the authority that one shall command during his life and of course, a deeper line signifies one who wields strong authority and hold high status. In fact, it is rumoured that our much-respected Minister Mentor Lee has such a deep Career Line!
