Fengshui Review: H2O Residences

As saying goes, ‘The blessed will have the fortune to reside in good residences.’ Are you the fortunate one? Let me introduce you to the recently launched H2O Residences

H2O Residences lies upon the dragon vein of the Eastern Dragon which is located at Fernvale Link. H2O Residences’ is located very near to the government-built Punggol Reservoir. It is not by chance that we could find a nature spot near flats or condominium in the highly-dense Singapore. Moreover, being one of the sports venue, the reservoir is connected to various parts of Singapore via Park Connector. Indeed, this is a good news for sports lover!

Looking from the overall design of H2O Residences, its main entrance is in the western direction and facing eastward. If you are one of our clients, or you an avid reader of geomancy articles, you will be able to understand that eastward and westward directions are auspicious directions in Period 7 (year 1984 – 2003) which has passed. In Period 8 (year 2004 – 2023) and the approaching Period 9 (year 2024 – 2043), the directions are not that ideal in comparison.

The main entrance has poor geomantic directions. During selection of flats, you must pay attention to good and poor directions of the units you particularly selected.

Amongst all units in blocks 30 and 34, those southern and northern facing units have auspicious directions in Period 8 and 9 which are good for long-term residing or investment purpose. Generally, block 36 has several units with good directions, especially southern, northern and northeastern facing units.

The northeast facing units have auspicious directions in Period 8, however, such benefit only could last till year 2023 and will gradually diminish in time to come. Hence, it would be more desirable if H2O Residences is used as a temporary residence because it can bring good development in terms of careers and studies, among others. Contrarily, when the auspicious directions in Period 8 changes, it is time to move on and find a new residence.

Though there are several southern and northern facing units at block 32 and 38, there are also some west facing units at these blocks. Therefore, it is advisable to pay extra attention when selecting the units. Should you selected the west-facing units by accident, you may consider consulting your trusted geomancer for advice in order to ensure safety,
