Comprising lush garden spaces, Fengshan Greenville enjoys a prime location with easy access to essential amenities. In fact, it is within walking distance to 3 MRT stations, namely Tanah Merah MRT, Bedok Reservoir MRT and Bedok MRT!

This means that residents in Bedok are blessed with opportunities of windfall.
However, this formation is also accompanied with two tricky stars – namely the Tao Hua Romance and White Tiger stars – which underlie potential wealth loss. As such, one is advised to go by the book and stay down-to-earth.

Bordered by the reputable Anglican High School to its east, Fengshan Greenville residents with school-age children will benefit from the proximity. While this spells convenience for some, it also means a more crowded housing environment, heavier traffic and potential Sha (conflicts), especially during peak hours.
With eight residential blocks built rather near to one another within the Fengshan Greenville estate, residents should also keep a lookout for conflicting forces. This is a common disadvantage of high urban density, and a compromise for accessibility in a mature estate.

Lower floor units (stack 18, 20, 22, 24, 34, 36, 46, 48, 50, 52) that directly face the multi-storey car park (MSCP) are also susceptible to Sound Sha [声煞] and Light Sha [光煞]. This could cause disturbances to daily life such as insomnia. The MSCPs at Fengshan Greenville are 5 and 7 storey tall respectively. Those at the mentioned units may want to consider installing a window blind or curtains if you have yet to do so.
Last but not least, some people may have concerns about staying near a place of worship. From a fengshui perspective, places of worship are where devotees gather and pray, hence it will congregate a strong force of energy that may cause a qi imbalance to its surroundings. It is believed that facing the cross of a church directly is unfavourable for long-term dwellers.
