The Producer

Highly disciplined and organised, producers are multi-taskers who can take on much on their plate. They are loyal and trustworthy, but being straight shooters who are not adept at expressing themselves, they are potential gems who may be overlooked by organisations and management teams. 

The Talent

Some people call it charisma, others know it as the ‘X’ factor. Talents are individuals (think Tony Stark!) who tend to be extremely likeable with their quick wits, eloquence and expressiveness. On the flip side, those with natural talents must take control of their emotions and avoid being temperamental. Discretion is also something that the talent should be mindful of. 

The Disruptor

Are you a risk-taker with a strong fighting spirit? You may be a disrupter, and the good news is that you’re likely to be quick and efficient. Disruptors favour action, but this could be a stumbling block if one thinks in the short term and disregards consequences. Being strong-minded may cause the disrupter to be snobbish and distrustful of others.  

The Distinct

People under the Distinct type may differ depending on their bazi, but they are generally fiercely independent, with a penchant for working with people that have similar personalities to theirs.
